Being a caregiver can be overwhelming.

Circle of Care has a range of programs and services that aim to provide support to both clients and caregivers. They are committed to working with healthcare professionals to foster better health outcomes for your patients.

You can schedule a one-on-one information session to learn more about how their services can help older adults live happily at home.

Call Josi Sarne at 416-635-2900 ext. 140 or 437-223-4993.

What they can offer:

This is one of the largest and finest equipped adult day programs in Ontario, featuring stimulating and evidence-based programming, including art classes, tai chi, gardening, group discussions and virtual reality therapy.
  • Their volunteer-run hospice visiting program provides emotional support, companionship and respite for those caring for a loved one who is dying through in-home visits, phone calls and video chats.
  • They offer free support groups and counselling as well as system navigation for caregivers to discuss common issues and feelings, learn coping strategies and find out about community resources.
  • The team strives to provide ongoing education to caregivers on a monthly basis through newsletters and social media channels.

Service highlights:

  • Flexible personal support services, 7 days a week, 24 hours a day
  • Access to 24-hour support
